Embroidery for Beginners
Introduction to embroidery aimed at complete beginners. You will be introduced to the essential equipment and guided through stitching a sampler of basic stitches.
Embroidery hoop, needles and threads in a variety of colours will be provided as well as a selection of simple patterns to get you started. You will learn how to transfer the pattern on to the fabric and techniques to start and finish your stitches.
You will leave with a good idea of if embroidery is the craft for you, equipped with the knowledge and techniques to pursue it further.
